When making an order, please make sure that you have all the necessary files (instrumental track, your vocal recording track, and a reference track/demo) uploaded and ready to be sent. If you are ordering for a project with more than 1 singer, please also include the line distribution script!

Payment should be done before the mixing process starts. I currently only accept payments via Paypal (USD) and BNI (IDR). If there are any circumstances where you are required to split your payment, a 50% deposit is still needed to save your slot.

A solo mix generally takes 5 business days (Mon-Fri, 11 AM~5PM GMT+7) and may take longer depending on my commission queue and the complexity of the mix. After checking all the provided necessary files, I will notify you of the estimated time to work on your order beforehand. You can also see your order's progress on Trello.

After the first mix draft is done, I will contact you to send over the draft. Upon receiving a mix draft, you may ask to revise the mix. The first 4 revisions will be taken for free. Any more revisions after that will require an additional fee.

The finished commission will be in form of RAR files. The RAR will contain the final mix and acapella version in the format of WAV and MP3. The file will be made available for 1 month. I will not be responsible for any files lost after the provided 1-month timeframe. So please download the files within the provided timeframe!
